  • CEO | Head of Production

    Lauren is a seasoned veteran in the entertainment industry with 23 years of diverse experience under her belt. She began in the music industry as a Managing Editor for The Musician’s Atlas and the producer of the Independent Music Awards, while spending 7 years on the Board of Directors for Women in Music. For the past 13 years, Lauren has been producing and developing short and long form content with over 200 credits to her name. After 8 seasons of producing and show-running VH1’s “Love and Hip Hop,” she created and founded Dola Media, a production company that believes in stories, ideas and talent. In the past 4 years, Dola Media has casted, developed and found funding for over 75 concepts in all different verticals from docu-series and branded content to commercials and internal learning content for networks, brands, production companies and organizations.


  • Chief Creative Officer

    Anthony is an advertising and media veteran and has spent his career helping brands, advertisers and talent, first as a copywriter and then a Creative Director. He then founded a new business that helped match make brands to the ad agencies that best suited their needs. In 2018 he Co-Founded Dola Media as a way to take branded content from solely advertorial to more contextual and compelling places. Dola Media has produced and developed many shows for networks and streamers as well as commercials and other content designed to inspire audiences to take action!
